A life that maybe isn't going how you wanted it to go. People that you have lost or had let go. Or that maybe let you go. Moments that are gone forever. And others that never happened. Far away places that feel like home. And houses that feel like cages. Questions without an answer and way too many answers that you didn't want to hear.
A heavy mind full of sad words. A void in the middle of your existence.
A heart that still wants to believe and have hope. Trying to make things right, once again. Trying to believe. Trying to smile again. Trying to see the face in the mirror beyond all the chaos.
An impromptu reflection on the bad moments in our lives, the ones where we feel the least powerful, the ones that leave scars in our skin and mind. An uncertain future made of hope and tears. A tomorrow with unstable weather. Fighting to be able to smile again.

Ti Piace Vincere Facile (You're pleased to easily win) is the new single by 16 Monkeys Armata, written to celebrate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The lyrics have been written by Lo Scimmiotto (a.k.a. the Monkey), Lady Cat Free, and Lisa Manosperti.
For the production of this lyrics video we involved the belly-dancer Lilly Ridens to represent a victim of violence and her process of purification through dance. We did it in a simple and elegant way in order to donate a proper visual context to the intense lyrics.
Unexpected is a song taken from Beginning Point For Lost Generations, the new album by the trip-hop project Sophie Lillienne (Irma Records). In this video we decided to represent Sophie Lillienne's vision by putting on set two characters taken from PureBlackLove's universe: Adam and the Widow.
An ordinary boy lives a monotonous life in a flat world, in which no one question himself nor truly lives. Until one night he dreams of something different... a vision that AWAKENS him. Thus he begins his race in search of the origin-point from which to be reborn.
A little magical story narrated with simplicity and naivety by a group of young dreamers, in the now distant 2007. A different age from the actual one, where smartphones, social networks and "likes" didn't exist yet. Making videos in those times meant borrowing the family camcorder, buying small 60-minute magnetic cassettes, and start a little adventure.
The Mind Fertilizer collective was born with this homonymous short film to tell the viewer his own vision of the world, art and society. An art without experience, extemporaneous, genuine and true against a society that almost always oppresses it and reduces it to no longer have a true value.
A message that, despite the past several years, is always relevant. And it is for this reason that Mind Fertilizer, namely Eva "PureBlackLove", Paolo "Peanuke" and Roberto "Bob Rage", has decided to give new life to their historical short, made with very few gear/funds and now re-proposed in a new "Director's Cut" version, with enhanced video quality, a faster pace and a few additional scenes not present in the original.
